Create a clean IRI fragment

Replaces all non alphanumeric characters by hyphens and converts the input to lowercase

Usage

epi_clean_irifragment(fragment)

Arguments

fragment

The dirty IRI fragment that will be cleaned

Value

A clean IRI fragment
